How much is shipping?

We offer $8 tracked flat rate shipping across Australia. Free shipping is offered on all orders over $65. 

How long does it take for you to dispatch my order?

As each item is handmade to order, please allow 4 ~ 7 days of processing time. We will do our best to get your order out soon as possible!

How can I clean my products?

The products are not machine washable. Please treat any areas with cold water and mild soap. For bandanas and for the tails of the sailor bows, use an iron to flat out any creases (please make sure to iron around our cork brand tags). 

Can I make a return/exhchange?

As each item is handmade to order, we do not accept any returns and exchanges. Moco & Co products must not be worn and must be kept out of reach when pets are not under supervision. Products are affected by excessive scratching or chewing and the damages are not eligible for replacement. Any defects must be presented to Moco & Co with a photograph. If the item is deemed eligible for replacement or repair, the item must be returned to Moco & Co for inspection. Return postage fee is the responsibility of the buyer. If the product determined to be a defect, the postage fee will be refunded. 


I received a faulty product, what can I do?

Please contact us on Instagram (@themocoandco) or email us on hello@themocoandco.com with a photograph of the product. Please note as each handmade item is made to order, each product can slightly differ in pattern and shape.
